Stephen J. Hodson received extensive income property valuation education at the University of Connecticut as well as the Appraisal Institute with such notable instructors as Dr. William Kinard, Dr. Stephen Messner, and Paul Boyce. The recipient of the CCIM Scholarhsip, Stephen has taught several real estate classes. He has participated in the development of popular books on real estate sales. Currently, he serves on the Trumbull Economic Development Commission and has served as Chairman of the Board ofAssessment Appeals in Trumbull and as a consultant for the City of Bridgeport and the towns of Stratford, Trumbull, Monroe, and East Haven, Connecticut.
